About Everhold

Everhold Insurance is an independent insurance agency licensed in the State of Arizona, License # 3004512575. We offer property and casualty insurance products through insurance carriers. We are not an insurance company. Products and services described on this site are offered only where we are licensed.

No coverage until confirmed

Nothing on this website binds, creates, changes, or cancels insurance coverage. Submitting a form, uploading documents, or receiving a Portfolio Ledger does not put coverage in force. Coverage is in force only when confirmed in writing by Everhold and the insurance carrier. All quotes are subject to underwriting and carrier approval, and premiums, terms, and availability are set by the carrier.

Information only

Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and not a statement of coverage for your situation. Coverage descriptions are simplified. The actual policy language controls. We do not guarantee savings, specific premiums, or specific coverage.

Portfolio Ledger

The Portfolio Ledger is a review tool based on the information available to us. Your Ledger account is for your use only; keep your sign-in links private. Replacement cost figures are estimates. We work to make it accurate, but you should review your policies and let us know about any changes to your properties, ownership, or use.

Book Sale Preview

The Book Sale Preview provides an estimate for discussion only, based on the numbers you enter. It is not an offer to purchase, an appraisal, or legal or tax advice, and other buyers may see a book differently. The example payment schedule is simplified: final terms, including how much of the price is paid over time or tied to client retention, are set after due diligence. Any purchase depends on due diligence, a definitive written agreement, and any required approvals, including carrier approvals. Everhold buys property and casualty books only. Everhold is licensed in Arizona; for a book in another state, licensing in that state must be in place before any book transfers.

Your submissions

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any documents you upload. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to access areas you aren't authorized to access, interfering with the site's operation, submitting false information, or uploading harmful files.
